I am a UK-trained play therapist and child and teen counsellor, as well as a parent coach and teen life coach. I work with children aged 3 and up using a range of creative therapies, including sand tray, drawing and clay, puppets, music, and drama. I provide a safe and supportive environment to help children make sense of their current situation and express their thoughts and feelings through play. Moreover, I use animated videos based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help kids and teens build resilience and tackle issues such as anxiety, anger, and stress. Additionally, I offer parent-child sessions to strengthen connections, improve communication, and bring back joy to family life.
